Can I return the item if it doesn’t work for me?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us within 30 days and we’ll send a free replacement or refund. Because each product is printed just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong colour. Please double-check the size chart before ordering.


How do I check the status of my order?

We’ll email you an order confirmation right after you checkout. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive another email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time. You can also check any time through our Track Order page.


Do you guarantee product quality?

Absolutely! We stand by the quality of everything we sell. If something isn’t right—whether it’s a misprint, defect, or damage in transit—just reach out to us at info@techteesonline.com within 30 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

How do I place an order?

It’s easy:

  1. Find your favourite design and select the size/colour.

  2. Click Add to Cart.

  3. Checkout by entering your shipping and payment details.
    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. As soon as your order is placed, we’ll start making it just for you.


How long will my order take?

Production usually takes 2–7 business days. Shipping within Australia is typically 3–6 business days after production. International delivery may take a little longer—see our Shipping Policy for details.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each item is custom made, we start production quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us at info@techteesonline.com as soon as possible after placing your order. If production has already begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
