Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Send us an email at info@techteesonline.com with your order number.

  2. Include a clear photo of the issue.

  3. Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.


No Returns for Change of Mind

Since your item is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size or colour

  • Change of mind

  • Preference differences

To help avoid sizing issues, please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@techteesonline.com


Non-Returnable Items

Because of their nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Any items purchased through third-party resellers
