At Tech Tees, every product is made to order. That means your items are printed and packed just for you, no overstock, no sitting in warehouses. Here’s how we get your order from our production floor to your doorstep.
Order Processing

All items are custom produced once your order is placed.

Standard production time is 2–7 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times
Once production is complete, your order is shipped directly to you. Estimated delivery times are:

Australia: 3–6 business days

New Zealand: 5–10 business days

Rest of world: 3–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, seasonal demand, or postal delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product type, destination, and shipping method.

Additional items in the same order ship at a reduced rate.

Free shipping offers (if active) will be clearly displayed on our website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at info@techteesonline.com and we’ll investigate and resolve it promptly.
Returns & Replacements
Because every item is custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send us a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund—no need to ship the item back.
